The Two Piece Forged Floating Ball Valve produced by CEPAI adopts an elastic seal ring structure design. When the medium pressure is low, the contact area between the sealing ring and the sphere is small, and a larger specific pressure is formed in the contact between the sealing ring and the sphere to ensure reliable sealing. When the medium pressure is high, the contact area between the sealing ring and the sphere increases with the elastic deformation of the sealing ring, so the sealing ring can withstand a large medium thrust without being damaged.

● Fire Safe Design Per API607 & API 6FA
Two Piece Forged Floating Ball Valve produced by CEPAI has a fire protection design function and meets the requirements of API 607, API 6FA and other standards.Two Piece Forged Floating Ball Valve produced by CEPAI can effectively control the leakage of Valve with the help of specially designed metal-to-metal auxiliary sealing structure after the non-metallic material sealing ring is damaged in high temperature when a fire occurs in the service site of the valve.

● Blowout-Proof Stem Design
The Two Piece Forged Floating Ball Valve produced by CEPAI has an anti-blow-out structure for the valve stem, which can ensure that the valve stem will not be blown out by the medium even under extreme conditions such as abnormal pressure rise in the valve chamber and failure of the packing pressure plate. The valve stem adopts a bottom-mounted structural design with an back seal. The sealing force of the back seal increases with the increase of the medium pressure, so it can ensure the reliable seal of the stem under various pressures.

● Anti-Static Design
The Two Piece Forged Floating Ball Valve produced by CEPAI can be equipped with an anti-static structure. A spring plug type electrostatic extraction device is used to directly form an electrostatic passage between the ball and the valve body (for ball valves with DN ≤ 25) or through the valve stem to form an electrostatic passage between the ball and the valve body (for ball valves with DN ≥ 32) ). Therefore, static electricity generated by the friction between the ball and the valve seat can be led to the ground through the valve body to prevent possible fire or explosion hazards caused by static sparks.

● Optional locking device
